Stone Veneer

This week we are adding stone veneer on to “The Castle.” Two parts of the house are getting the stone: the front office, and the 2nd story guest bedroom.

This Tejas textured stone veneer is artificial stone that looks and feels like the real deal. We provided the home owner with 3 color choices to start with, and the color “Mineral County” won hands down.

Almost a home

We passed final inspection from St. Johns County. Bob and Joyce are moving in on Tuesday! So we have 2 days to get it all finished up. Most of our work is going to be touch up painting throughout the inside and outside of the house and then a final clean. Below are some pics from this past week.. Enjoy!

Porch Finishes

One of the most predominant features on the “19th Green” Custom home is the large front and back porches. The columns have been stuccoed, painted, and now trimmed out at the top and bottom with hardy board. The floor has been tiled “brick style” from the homeowners request. And finally Custom hand rails for closure and privacy.

Punch Work

“We got a long way to go, and a short time to get there.” Bob and Joyce’s move in date is June 3rd. We got a couple projects under our belts but most of our days are punch work and touch up. The goal is to get the house as sweet as possible before they move in.

Landscape Sod
